Yesterday I looked at the Marriage Officer papers again.
As best as I can determine my Dad officiated in 150 marriages over the period 1963 to 1995 when he was called to be a sealer in the Temple and so left his responsibilities for civil marriages for the responsibilities of officiating in eternal marriages.
The papers now go to the legal department of the Area Office.

He was called to serve in the temple right before Grant and I got married, so he couldn't officiate at our wedding, although we did have him speak.
